In order to hold your land arrangements, a deposit of 250.00 per person (in pounds sterling) is

required at time of booking. The balance of the total cost is due 90days prior to travel. Total cost of

the tour is not guaranteed until payment in full has been received by Montgomery Golf Ltd.

C H A N G E S

An administrative fee of 60.00 (in pounds sterling) per change per person will be charged for any

changes requested by client or travel agent after deposit has been received and confirmation issued.

Changes may not be made less than 70 days before travel, except with the express approval of Montgomery Golf Ltd

D O C U M E N T A T I O N

A current passport is required of all U.S. and Canadian citizens. Citizens of other countries should

check with the British Embassy. If you require a rented vehicle ( on an independent tour ) you must

have a current driver's license and be 21 years of age.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing to Montgomery Golf Ltd as soon as possible. Otherwise

any cancellation made after confirmation, will incur a maximum of  5 %  (of total cost)

 administration charge and be subject to the following cancellation charges:

60 days or more prior to arrival: All monies refunded less; unrecoverable deposit

59-7 days prior to arrival: All monies refunded less; unrecoverable payment

6 days or less: No refund

No refund will be made for unused portions of a tour.

If any event is cancelled by Montgomery Golf Ltd , all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

T R A V E L  I N S U R A N C E

We recommend you have luggage and accident insurance. Montgomery Golf Ltd is not liable for loss, damage or

theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness. It is important for

your own self-interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate insurance. Check with

your insurance company or travel agent for additional coverage.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y

Montgomery Golf Ltd as the tour operator, and its selling agents, act only as agent in securing and booking the hotel

accommodations and other tour services provided by others as independent contractors. Montgomery Golf Ltd . or

specified air carriers and selling agents assume and accept no liability for injury, loss, damage,

accident, delay or inconvenience caused by any defect in operation of any vehicle or conveyance, or

caused by the act of omission, neglect, delay or default of any person engaged in transporting tour

participants or in providing hotel accommodation or other tour services, or caused by the criminal act

of any person or by any event which is beyond the reasonable control of Montgomery Golf Ltd or specified air carriers.

They reserve the right to cancel a tour if circumstances require. No refunds can be made for unused

portions of a tour. All tours are subject to availability. If any tour service or its reasonable equivalent

is not provided due to events beyond Montgomery Golf Ltd . control, they will make an appropriate refund of that

portion of the tour cost covering the undelivered tour service, but it is understood that Montgomery Golf Ltd . shall have

no further responsibility or liability regarding either the accuracy of any representation or the

non-provision of any tour service.

R E G A R D I N G  H A N D I C A P S

Several courses in Scotland require visitors to belong to a recognized golf club and hold official

handicaps.Montgomery Golf Ltd endorses this policy and recommends you travel with a handicap

certificate from your club secretary. You may be required to produce it and we can accept no

responsibility for clients who are refused golf if they do not meet these requirements. Clubs which

require such documentation are not trying to discourage visitors, they are trying to increase the

enjoyment of the true golfer.
